In the community
While we do host occasional church-wide service projects, most of our community work is intentionally done at smaller, local levels—primarily through our Community Groups.
We believe that this decentralized model of service allows us to be more relational, adaptive, varied, responsive to the needs of local communities, and it provides opportunities for our people to pursue the vision God has given them. This also allows us to take advantage of excellent programs (private and public, religious, and secular) that are already in place.
